Design Notes
This part has built-in BsaI cutsites surrounding a P1004 chloramphenicol antibiotic resistance cassette. Digestion at these sites produces an A overhang at the 5' end and a B overhang at the 3' end consistent with the Biobytes 2.0 assembly method. NOTE: This part is in a pSB1A3 backbone because the pSB1C3 backbone already contains chloramphenicol resistance.
